It is a good emulsifier for emulsion and semi-emulsion type metalworking fluids incluiding cutting oils.
Normal use dosages are in the range 12 18 wt%, depending on the mineral oil properties.

sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate, alcohol
It is surfactant which an excellent wetting, penetrating agent and emulsifier. Its surface modifying properties can be utilized not only to reduce surface tention but also to increase absorbency and penetration

It is semi-synthetic type multi-purpose cutting oils for steel, alumnium metals.
SEMTAL 152 K is based formulation of fatty acid ester, fatty amide, napthentic oil.
It has a excellent rust protection and lubricity for cutting, drilling, tapping.
Althought it doesnt contain sulfur, chlorine, it has performance characteristics similar to those containing sulfur or chlorine.

Especially it is suitable to base oil of S-20 with good stability.
