It is a good emulsifier for emulsion and semi-emulsion type metalworking fluids incluiding cutting oils.
Normal use dosages are in the range 12 ～ 18 wt%, depending on the mineral oil properties.

It is semi-synthetic type multi-purpose cutting oils for steel, alumnium metals.
SEMTAL 152 K is based formulation of fatty acid ester, fatty amide, napthentic oil.
It has a excellent rust protection and lubricity for cutting, drilling, tapping.
Althought it doesn’t contain sulfur, chlorine, it has performance characteristics similar to those containing sulfur or chlorine.
